Teacher integrates the panel on the 50 years of the S.A. Law, the capital market and the performance of CVM
On 22 and 23 October 2026, PUCPR, in Curitiba, receives the 3rd Brazilian South Congress of Commercial Law. - Corporate law: fiduciary duties, current challenges of Corporate Law, partial dissolution of limited societies and calculation of assets, disregard of legal personality, corporate governance, compliance and ESG, M&A and solution of corporate disputes, family companies and succession planning.
- Insolvency: financing of companies in crisis (DIP finance and essential assets), procedural aspects of insolvency, advanced issues of bankruptcy and judicial recovery, extrajudicial recovery and the crisis in agribusiness, focusing on the judicial recovery of the rural producer.
- Contracts and new technologies: issues controverted in business contracts, corporate emergency wards, and intellectual property and artificial intelligence.
The opening conference, on 22nd, is by Alfredo de Assis Gonçalves Neto. The closure, on the 23rd, is in charge of Marcia Carla Pereira Ribeiro.
